Shipping Policy

All products are sold strictly for professional laboratory research use only.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days after order processing.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time ship the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Delayed Shipments

If shipment is delayed beyond the stated shipping timeframe, we notify the customer and provide the available resolution options.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows no delivery movement or confirms a delivery issue, contact support with your order number and tracking number. We review the shipment record and provide a replacement or refund when the carrier confirms the package is lost.
