Return and Refund Policy

All products are sold strictly for professional laboratory research use only.

Eligible Issues

Refunds or replacements are available for the following verified issues:

  • Missing package
  • Package lost during shipping
  • Product denatured on arrival
  • Product punctured or damaged on arrival
  • Incorrect item received

Reporting Window

Customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, punctured, denatured, or incorrect products. Customers must provide the order number, batch number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

Lost in Shipping

For packages lost in transit, customers must contact support with the order number and tracking number. We review the carrier record and issue a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package is missing, customers must contact the carrier and our support team. We review the delivery record and determine the correct resolution based on carrier confirmation.

Damaged, Punctured, or Denatured Products

If a product arrives punctured, leaking, broken, visibly compromised, or denatured, customers must stop handling the product and contact support immediately. We provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the submitted evidence.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used, altered, transferred, improperly stored, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing begins after approval by our support team.
